At the international dog show in Rostock, Germany Tom / ch Zalazar Love Is In The Air went BOS with CC, CACIB and the title Rostock Sieger 2015.
Maia /ch Zalazar Mai Tai went BOB with CC, CACIB and the title Rostock Sieger 2015. Maia was pulled in the group under judge Michael Leonard, Ireland.
Maia has been shown in Germany 5 times and has won 5 x BOB
Congratulations to Lena Österström with Jean Claude's daughter ¨Miketos Never Trust A Cheatin Women¨ going BOB & to Sussi Känsäkangas with ¨Zalazar Paco Rabanne¨ going 3.best dog with reserve CC at the international dogshow in Eckerö on Åland, Finland under judge Des Manton. Both dogs are quite young ;o)

The birds are flying south and it's the last days of summer. The weather turned out nicely from its sunny side. Saturday's show went so well. Tom won championclass and got his first Club Certificate and went on as Best male. Dawny won intermediateclass with ck and Maia was second best champion bitch with Club Certificate. For best bitch Maia was placed no.2. and Dawny no. 5 with bitch certificate. Tom was BOB! Anne-Mette and Niels celebrated two new champions namely ch Zalazar Goes Wild's sons ch Mr Winterbottum's St Patrick and ch Mr Winterbottum St Brennan. The dogs and I had a good time with some lovely walks around Varde Å and Dawny swam for big salmon fish. Sunday's show was certainly not a success because none of the dogs achieved other than EX. |

In connection with the shows in Svendborg in July the Cairngroup in Denmark handed out various trophies of the year contest.
The trophy for the stud dog with most CC offspring went to Zalazar Van Damme. No.2 in the competition was Zalazar Goes Wild.

At the Danish Kennel Club International show at Bornholm Zalazar Love Is In The Air was placed as 3rd best male with CAC and reserve CACIB. With this CAC Tom added the Danish Champion title to his 19 other champion titles, Thanks to Lucie.

We had a really good day at the Danish Terrier Club's first show in Svendborg Saturday July 18th under judge Peter Green, USA.
We showed the following dogs:

Zalazar Quiet Special was BOB baby and BIS 3 under judge Beth Sweigart, USA

Zalazar Quite Special had her debut in baby class at the Dansk Kennel Klub double show in Vejen. She did really well; also in the main ring but there were So many lovely baby puppies.
CH Zalazar Mai Tai had her debut in Champion class and she did very well winning BOB Saturday and Best Bitch 4 Sunday and with ch Zalazar Love Is In The Air winning his champion title number 18 in Hungary we had a pretty good weekend!

At the DTK show in Billund we got a new New Danish champion; dkch jch Zalazar Mai Tai (ch Zalazar Van Damme - Furball Blowing Bubbles), She finished the first show weekend after she turned 2 years with CC's given by Tinna Grubbe , Enrique Maté Durán, Hassi Assenmacher Feyel, Ann W. Today at the show in Austria under judge Olga Dolejesova, Zalazar Love Is In The Air (In this photo Tom is on the left) won another champion title, Austian Champion, which was his 15th incl. his International Championship!

New international champion Zalazar Joint Venture. Johnny, as he is called, is a result of Danish-French cooperation as his mother Zalazar Copycat is Danish, and his father CH D by G by Harpouy d'Auzan is French after a Danish mother. He is owned by my good friend Sébastien Bats.
Today 8 years ago Zalazar Ginger Spice gave birth to a lovely litter of 6 puppies after ch Wind Line Medium Grab.

Jean Claude has over the years become a father several times and it has resulted in the approval Dog of the year with most ck offspring in 2011 and 2014 and as Stud dog of the year with most CC offspring in 2014. The pictures below show some of his children who have won CC in Denmark 2014, Jays Joys Ella Fitzgerald, Lachleen Jewel Lost In Lace, Lachleen Jump Up And Kiss Me & Zalazar Mai Tai.
First club show this year. Tom - Zalazar Love Is In The Air - CAC, CC, BOB and in main ring Tom was 3rd best terrier in the group.
We have just been informed that Jean Claude's daughter ch Jay's Joy's Ella Fitzgerald (ch Zalazar Van Damme x Cale Hill's Rose Marie) was awarded CAIRN OF THE YEAR in Italy in 2014, as she won all the shows she entered. Congratulations to breeder / owner Camilla Jay and handler Hugo Quevedo
Lovely day at DKK open show in Aarslev. I had entered 4 dogs, but old Ginger was not well so she stayed at home. Arthur was showed for the first time since he returned from Russia and ended up best male. Dawny in junior class was 2nd best bitch. Maia was in intermediate class and won Best of Breed, Best Terrier and finally she went Best In Show no.2. Breed judge was Jan Sonne-Schmidt and BIS judge Jorgen Hindse. What a day! Big thanks to Ena, Jytte and Lone for pleasant company. Thanks for the pictures to Jytte, Lone, Netti & Paul.
